IP5000 Featurephones
Toshiba's IP5000 series of digital featurephones provide the same extensive functionality that you would expect in a digital featurephone, allowing users to choose the best device for their circumstances, without compromising on functionality.
Whether working from a main or branch office, or even from home or on the move, the IP series of featurephones from Toshiba are extremely robust and reliable, providing a range of functionality to improve productivity and efficiency for the user.
IP handsets with analogue phone line backup are also available, ideal for configurations where the handsets are connected to the PBX via a WAN link
Aside from a new, sleek design, the Strata IP5000 series also benefits from increased functionality:
- "Silent Intrude" functionality allowing contact centre supervisors to monitor calls for quality purposes, without the handset picking up background noise.
- Integrated headset interface to plug supporting headsets directly into the featurephone, without the need for an adaptor.
- Range of options available including back-lit versions, and self-labelling add-on modules.
- Red/green ringing LED for easy distinction of internal and external calls (as with the DKT3500 series).
- Integrated 2 port Gigabit ethernet switch
- PoE Compliant (802.3af)
- All the features and functionality of the current IP2000 (Classic) series of featurephones.
